If you are interested in booking our condo please check availability calendar to see if the week you are interested in is available. Please contact me to let me know that you would like to book that week and I will forward our Rental Agreement to you.


Please sign the Rental Agreement and forward it (email if possible) back to me within 5 days of booking with the following: 


-Down payment of $500 toward rental fees

-Refundable Security/Damage deposit of $400

(this will be refunded to you within 14 days of your check-out date, as long no damage has occured to the condo during your stay)

-Copy of driver's license.


Once I receive the $900, signed Rental Agreement and copy of driver's license, I will forward the Booking Confirmation to you.


- Balance of the rental fee will be due no later than 30 days before check in date.


Payments can be made either by personal check or credit card/paypal
